I’ve been on a long journey of learning and re-learning, and have battled crushing anxiety and impostor syndrome. I’ve emerged an award-winning author, social work counselor, attorney, speaker (including TEDx), trainer on mindfulness and ancient wisdom, and instructor of world religion, philosophy, ethics, and social work. Alongside that, I’ve spent over 30 years pursuing self-discovery, mindful practice,s and personal growth – and I’m still doing it.

Now, I want to help people discover the potential for a better life hiding in this moment, in an ordinary day. I coach on it, speak on it, train on it, and write on it, and try to help people figure out how to use the events of everyday life to grow, learn, and generally feel better.
